Why choose art?
Art can enhance any type of home décor. Regardless of your decor theme, you should be able to find a piece that suits your style and tastes, and if you want a custom piece special for your home, remember I do commission work!
Do you do commissions?
In addition to selling work from my Portfolio page, I also happily do custom pieces. Simply contact me with your idea, and I will work enthusiastically to bring it to life.
Can someone visit your art studio?
Of course! I welcome the opportunity to discuss my art and take you through my creative process. I also love to discuss ideas for commissioned pieces, so simply contact me and we can arrange a time for you to visit.
What form of payments do you accept?
I can accept an etransfer, Paypal, Visa, MasterCard or good old fashioned cash. Once your payment has cleared, I will ship your piece or start your commission request. Please note, there is a 50% deposit needed for commissions. If there is a piece you love but can’t afford to pay the lump sum, contact me and we can figure out an easy payment plan….
How do taxes affect my purchase?
Ssales tax is due on all artwork and services I provide. You may not have to pay that tax if you live elsewhere. I am not responsible for taxes or duties at your end. Shipping costs will depend on where you live, and we can discuss which shipping option you prefer. The shipping cost can be billed seaprately..
What is your return policy?
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your package. You can cancel a commission within 4 days after your deposit is paid, and I will return your deposit, minus any fees associated with the transaction of course>
How can you maintain the condition of your painting?
In order to preserve your watercolour, I recommend keeping it in a quality frame; hanging it away from excess light, a lot of heat, odours and moisture. In other words, I suggest you keep the painting in a consistent environment. Following these simple precautions will keep your painting in ideal condition! Acrylic pieces are varnished with a UV protector.
